引言 亞馬遜侵權大整治,頭盔賣家連掛3個賬號100多萬的貨款被壓……
近日的姐夫一刻都不讓賣家省心,前天傲基大賣賬號回歸之后連同小編在內的其他不少賣家都輕輕舒一口氣,心想亞馬遜嚴苛的政策終歸是要告一段落了……
然鵝,不狠不是姐夫,不狠站不穩。
亞馬遜又來大動作了,Prime Day前夕頭盔賣家同一款產品、3個亞馬遜賬號、發了1列火車的貨,結果因為侵權賬號全掛了,100多萬的貨款,幾百萬供應商的欠款……這是要跳樓的節奏!
原本不想用這負能量的消息來給大家增加心理負擔,可如今的亞馬遜就是這個經營環境,無法預估到的風險隨時都有可能到來。
這個賣家收到的郵件內容如下:
Hello,
You have
listings that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. This is against our policies. The removed items can
be seen in your Seller Performance notifications in Seller Central. As a
result, you may no longer sell on Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it
or Amazon.es and your listings have been removed from our site.
If you have funds in your account, they will be
available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks have been
deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer. If we
determine there was an infringement violation, then we may permanently withhold
any payments to you. In addition, if you have FBA inventory of these items,
they may be destroyed at your expense.

information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions

重點在第一句話,其他賣家都說是侵權原因,但是這個涉事賣家賬戶狀況顯示沒有任何的違規:
據涉事賣家講自己可能是遭遇到了投訴,連續兩個賬號收到上圖郵件提示內容。其他賣家分析,只有受到投訴才會出現這樣的賬號情況,郵件中沒有具體描述是哪一個Asin侵權,也沒有說要賣家提供哪些證明材料,目前產品并沒有下架,但是不能開展銷售。
這個賣家賣的是頭盔,主要面向歐洲市場,他不同時期做了同一款產品,走鐵路發貨到歐洲,100多萬的貨物,加上供應商的欠款,好幾百萬,如果賬號救不會來分分鐘是要跳樓的節奏。希望這只是一場誤會吧!
